Description
Selected from some of Pinoso’s best vineyards, these Monastrell grapes are dry grown — no irrigation at all in one of the hottest parts of Spain — fully organic and from vines in excess of 50 years old. Grapes are left to optimal ripeness before picked and fermented in two stages — first at a lower temperature to preserve the fresh fruit flavours, and then at a higher temperature to maximise intensity of colour and tannins.
There’s so much richness here it’s hard to believe this is unoaked. The texture is full and rich, soft and balanced, complex, long and smooth, bursting with ripe plums and cherries with a spicy vanilla backdrop and savoury afternotes of soy, dark chocolate and coffee beans. For the price it’s just wow.

All such notification should take place within 28 days, to enable us to accept them for a refund. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
We cannot give refunds in the following cases:
- Items returned after 28 days.
- Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 3 days.
Goods returned are at your own expense. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier so that you have proof of despatch.
