| Description: Golden yellow in colour shaded with gentle pale green. The taste gives richness, freshness and elegance; it remains full and supple right through to the finish. Ripe fruits with vanilla hints and a vegetal and mineral touch. The nose is typical of Chablis with the fruitness of peaches, bananas, citrus fruit and the softness of warm buns. Vegetal shades and a mineral touch. Clean and fresh.

| Description: Pale yellow with green reflection, brilliant and clear. Round and rich, the generous mellowness is perfectly offset by crisp, cheerful liveliness. At mid-palate fruit and flower become more exuberant. The very long finish leaves lingering memories of this rich, powerful pedigree wine. On ageing, a foxy nose with light mushroom notes will develop towards honeyed, toasted hazelnut with hints of mineral. Most certainly deserves waiting 5 or 6 years. On the nose the ripe fruit, pippin apple, pear, citrus and hazelnut are immediately pleasing. Aeration disturbs neither this grace nor this tranquillity.

| Description: This is top quality vintage Champagne from many a connoisseur's favourite producer. This exceptional cuvée, first created in 1964 in homage to the founder of the house, is made up from fruit sourced from grand crus in Côte des Blancs (Chardonnay) and the Montagne de Reims (Pinot Noir). All these vineyards are rated as 100% on the Champagne quality rating scale - their 'echelle des crus'. Skilful blending and then long ageing in bottle (around eight years before being disgorged) with its yeast lees has crafted a supremely elegant wine with countless layers of complexity.

| Description: Vincent Bitouzet's is the current family member to inherit the 11 hectare domaine. Today it is composed of 3 hectares planted to Chardonnay and the remaining 8 to Pinot Noir. The harvest is done by hand then fermented and aged in barrel with extensive lees contact to develop richness and complexity. Usually not more than 20% of the cuvee will be exposed to new oak. This premier cru is golden yellow in colour. The ageing on lees is evident in the hazelnut and vanilla aromas. Hints of white flowers on the nose as well. Develops to citrus fruit, including lemon, and mineral notes on the palate. This is a well made and balanced wine that has length on the finish.
