Grapes are sourced from vineyards located in Tasmania’s Tamar Valley and the East Coast of the island. This multi-vineyard approach allows focus on the strengths of each location and produce a more consistent, crisp and fresh Sauvignon Blanc. The bouquet displays grassiness, asparagus and tomato bush leaf. This is interwoven with hints of passionfruit and citrus. The passionfruit flows through to the palate with delicate fruit sweetness and crisp acidity. Overall a wine that is bursting with flavour while leading to a finish that is crisp and refreshing. Try with any seafood (especially calamari and fried whitebait) or char-grilled asparagus drizzled with olive oil and a really good shaved aged parmesan cheese; or an Asian-inspired seafood salad; or just enjoy it on its own.
