Echeverria Merlot Reserva
The Echeverria Reserva range enhances the complexity and balance by combining the fruit character with the use of oak during fermentation and ageing. Lees contact and malolactic fermentation are also practised within the range for added variation. Ruby red with violet gleams. Intense aromas of cherries and plums combine nicely with notes of bitter chocolate, leather and spices. A smooth and round mouthful that brings back the berry bouquet on the silky finish. Has the potential to age for approximately six years.
