Situated in the beautiful surroundings of the Margaret River valley in western Australia, the winemaking team of Franklin Tate and Rory Clifton-Parks are commited to making wines which reflect the terroir of the region - crisp, elegant whites and supple, savoury reds.
The Estate Shiraz is a punchy, well-rounded red with aromas of ripe black cherry and blackcurrant, a dry, full-middle weight palate with those lovely fruit flavours coming through surrounded by a soft shell of spicy, wood-smoky tones. The tannic structure is really subtle but supportive and the finish long and dry. A flavoursome but really elegant Aussie Shiraz.
