Goyenechea Merlot Rosé 2013
- In stock
It was 1868 when the first generation of the Goyenechea family immigrants arrived in Argentina and settled in Villa Atuel, San Rafael, Mendoza. Today, the winery is still in the family and is run by the fourth and fifth generation making Goyenechea one of the oldest established, independent, and family-owned wineries in Argentina. The oldest vines date back to 1908. The century old winery building has a wine making capacity of over 14 million litres in stainless steel tanks, epoxy lined concrete vats and french oak 225 litre french oak barriques. A fresh, aromatic and sensual wine. Slight sweetness with a light, fruity palate. Gorgeous crushed strawberry fruit - fresh, lively and hugely drinkable. Very easy to drink.
