The nine hectare domaine is run on organic/biodynamic principles with very short pruning. Bottling is relatively early after twelve months in oak of which on average 30% is new. The emphasis is very much on the fruit but the wines are concentrated and quite full with good complexity. The vines in most of the appellations are between thirty and fifty years old. Big and bold yet elegant. A stunning example of premier cru that will be at it’s best with a touch more cellaring. Finishes long and smooth.
