The house style is flavoursome and full-fruited but with considerable poise and elegance.
The Cuvee Royale Vintage is a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 41% Pinot Noir and 9% Pinot Meunier, with all the fruit sourced from Grand Cru or Premier Cru rated vineyards. It is a full-flavoured, mouth-filling wine with complex stone-fruit flavours, subtly floral aromatics and hints of spce and vanilla. the finish is crisp and lingering.
