Leslie’s Rosé NV is a playful and fruit-forward sparkling wine that embodies the essence of rosé with finesse and vibrancy. Named after co-founder Leslie Balfour Lynn and first released in 2021, this wine builds on Balfour’s reputation for crafting the country’s finest sparkling rosés.
Dominated by Pinot Noir, the blend also includes Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, offering a juicy concentration of Kentish red fruits like wild strawberries and raspberries, with herbal hints of thyme and rose petals.
With a dosage of 10g/l, this Brut wine is sourced from multiple sites, allowing for diverse soil influences and fruit nuances. Its versatile nature pairs beautifully with a wide range of foods, from mushrooms and salmon to Asian cuisine and dishes with a touch of spice. It also complements berry-based desserts like strawberry tart and is perfect as an aperitif with light canapés. All such notification should take place within 28 days, to enable us to accept them for a refund.
