About the Producer:
Family-owned company Vins Biecher , also deservedly called "House of Big Wines", is famous for its punctuality, reliability and versatility, which became the key to its success. It was founded by the Bisher family in 1762 at the foot of the Vosges, in the village of Saint-Hippolytus. Each generation of the family contributed to the prosperity of the company. Today, Vins Biecher, managed by Olivier Bischer, is one of the leading French wine companies. The winery produces 16 million liters of wine per year.
Historically, Vins Biecher has always been at the forefront of new technology and packaging. In addition, she became one of the first wine companies in Bag-in-Box and 187 and 250 ml bottles. All work at the winery is subject to strict quality control. Vins Biecher strongly believes in the development of organic winemaking. The leader in Alsace wine volume, Van Bisher also began bottling organic wines from other regions of France, from Italy, Australia, New Zealand and the USA.

Returns
Online and Mail Order Purchases
We hope that you will enjoy your Steep Hill Wines purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you are not entirely satisfied, please ensure that you notify us 01522 544737 or by email at enquiries@steephillwines.com to enable us to process your return. All such notification should take place within 28 days, to enable us to accept them for a refund. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
We cannot give refunds in the following cases:
- Items returned after 28 days.
- Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 3 days.
Goods returned are at your own expense. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier so that you have proof of despatch.
