Painted Bottle - Golden Wedding

Description
We offer a decorating service for any bottle we stock (NB the designs show up better on darker glass). This allows for any message to be put upon the bottle along with a design. The cost for the service per bottle on top of the cost of the wine is:
£12.00 for the Standard, 7 day service (order Monday for collection the following Monday etc) or
£18.00 for the Express, minimum 48 hour service (order Monday for collection from Wednesday to Sunday etc)
The picture on this bottle is a generic design for a golden wedding anniversary.
If there is something very specific design-wise you require (e.g. Armed forces Squadron / Unit badges) these can be done however these are only available on the 7 day service due to the level of work involved. All bottles are hand painted so some variation from bottle to bottle is possible. If you'd like to place an order either call or email the shop and we will be only too happy to help.
Delivery
Free Local Delivery – Live locally to one of our shops, give us a call, email & we can arrange delivery, If you place your order online we will contact you to arrange delivery.
Free UK Delivery- If you spend £250 or more with us.
£9.50 Per UK Delivery Address - from 1 bottle upwards for orders under £250. This is a next day service if ordered before 2.30pm.
Orders are usually despatched within 24 hours, to arrive with UK customers within 3 working days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and you may consider the following options:
- We can despatch your order as soon as we receive new stock.
- Choose an alternative that we have in stock.
Saturday and a.m. delivery can be requested for an extra fee.
We can deliver to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Island and Europe etc. for an extra fee,
Free Click and Collect – Orders can be placed online or give us a call and we can get your order together ready for you to collect.

Returns
Online and Mail Order Purchases
We hope that you will enjoy your Steep Hill Wines purchase, but if you find it unsuitable or you are not entirely satisfied, please ensure that you notify us 01522 544737 or by email at enquiries@steephillwines.com to enable us to process your return. All such notification should take place within 28 days, to enable us to accept them for a refund. Replacement or refund will not be made until the original item has been returned to us unused and undamaged in their original packaging.
We cannot give refunds in the following cases:
- Items returned after 28 days.
- Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 3 days.
Goods returned are at your own expense. We recommend that you use Recorded Delivery or a Courier so that you have proof of despatch.
